Sylvia's Caring Companions Health Care Services & Home Medical Supply is a home care provider that provides services in the comfort of your own home, such as long term personal care, new opportunities waiver, elderly disabled adult waiver, and supervised independent living. Sylvia's is state-approved and licensed by Louisiana Department of Health and Hospital Health standards. Sylvia's is funded through Medicare, Medicaid, private pay insurance (long term care), and self pay. Our services include, but are not limited to: assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, ambulating, preparing and storing meals, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, reminders of medications, accompanying to medical appointments, and community outings.
